That's Brad Holland's slogan. The Holland Grill cooks by time, not temperature. The temperature gets to about 400 degrees, well below the ignition temperature of grease. So, you just vary the cooking time according to how well you want your meat done. The Holland grill cooks very similar to an ordinary oven, except for the fact that you do not vary the temperature. We stock 6 different models from Holland. The 5 main grills all have the same size cooking surface. The differences are in height, wheel differences, starters, cosmetics, thermometers, handles, and warranty. The best of the grills is the Heritage, pictured at the upper left. This grill has all of Holland's features and is one of our best sellers. The Companion model, upper right, is Holland's newest and hottest selling model. Perfect for tailgaiting, camping, or picnics, the Companion latches up and fits in any car. It can use a disposable propane bottle, or a normal propane tank. With a 5 year warranty, this is a great little grill! We also stock all the Holland accessories, pictured lower left. They include half grids, rib racks, roastin' posts, flavor buds, sauces and seasonings, cleaning kits, and side burners.
